About Us
Our Work
At Bruchez Designs, we are passionate about creating bespoke artwork that speaks to your unique style and personality. We work with yarn and cloth to craft elegant pieces that enhance the beauty of any interior space. After establishing the perfect design for you, we sketch the linework onto a stretched canvas, before tufting the carefully chosen colours of yarn. Following this is the carving stage, where we intricately shape the compact yarn, into the refined design.
Great care is taken throughout the entire process, to ensure the highest quality of artwork.

The Artist
Hi there! My name is Sam Bruchez. I was born and raised in the UK, before moving to Australia in 2007. My love for art began as a young six year old fella, when my uncle gave me my first drawing lesson. From that point, art became a clear passion of mine and the idea was born, to one day become a working artist.
After completing a masters degree in Architecture, I was fortunate enough to land a job at a renowned and respected Architectural firm. Shortly thereafter, I realised the dream I once had as a young boy, may very well remain just that, a dream.
It was at this point that I made a commitment to follow my love and become a freelance artist.
Our Tools

We work with a variety of tools. Most notably our tufting gun, and fabric shaver. The finer details are finished with duck bill scissors and tweezers.

Our artwork is crafted using a canvas-like fabric known as monk's cloth. This fabric is specially produced to withstand rapid piercing of the tufting needle.

We work with both, wool and acrylic yarn, which is carefully sourced from a reputable manufacturer.
